200 g Marinated herring
100 g Canned clams, chopped
2 Small shallots, chopped
2 Tbsp Capers
1 Tbsp Fresh red chili, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh spring onions, roughly chopped
1 Tbsp Fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Dash of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut all ingredients into small pieces and mix.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Serve on buttered, Scandinavian-style rye bread.
