200 g Clams, chopped
200 g Salt cod (Bacalao)
100 g Baking potatoes, cubed
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves Garlic
1 Bunch of fresh dill, finely chopped
1 DL Good olive oil
Zest of one lime
- Bake the salt cod in half the olive oil at 150°C along with the potatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Carefully combine all ingredients in a mixer, flavoring with lime zest and fresh ground pepper to taste.
- Form the brandade mixture into balls or patties, coating with egg and bread crumbs and deep frying for several minutes. Serve hot or cold.
